Exactly 129 pieces of prose — “profiles” — each consisting of a title plus three randomly combined lines pulled from real online dating profiles between December 2016 and March 2017.
Disclaimer: Profiles included only men who indicated “interested in women” among their preferences on OkCupid and Tinder, and no distance limit was set. Users were not necessarily contacted or “swiped on.”
